- Parcels left unattended at the delivery address
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

- No one available to receive the parcel
The package may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- Re-delivery fees may apply
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the issue
